If you're going to load the colored version soon after (or before) you upload the lineart, maybe not. On the other hand, if you're slow to finish the work (like I am) you might place the lineart up for a teaser.
I think its not a bad idea to put the LineArt in the scraps, it would be cool to see what it does look like before it was coloured and alot of people like to practice there colouring on lineart is seems.

I have weird experiences when I was uploading teasers of nay kind, so I prefer not to consider it as a teaser, or uploading any teasers.
I was thinking exacly uploading lineart in the same time as colored deviation, but lineart would have some " (lineart) addition to title, and of course goes straight to scraps. I got this idea rcently, beacuse I've noticed, that when it comes to me and my favourite comic artist, I highly prefer his black and white works to colored. ( but maybe its beacuse he himself doesen't colors them )

Yes. I have one and you don't.
Sometimes lots of details clearly visible on lineart are vanishing in coloring. So not always but quite often both linework and colored piece are equally worth to look at.

There are a lot of people out there who want good lineart to color so they can improve on their coloring.
