I wonder...
If there are webportals in England or America, or wherever in what we refer as "civilized world" were are world wide news that can be commented by portal users?
And I think about reliable portals.

I've checked Yahoo so far, but there is no ability of putting comments on world news... Or I didn't noticed it. There were comments on some sport articles though.

Yeah...
I have yet to find a "serious" webportals that allows commentary that will even get close in supiness of that we have in this country...

I've thought that dumb comments are somewheat common stuff though.
